related issues. Rao graduated from the graduate school/university with Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) law degrees,

Chemistry. For his Masters in Law

(then INS). With his background in science, he has assisted several

arts, education, business or athletics; persons having exceptional
